Position Details

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Psychologists for the position of Team Leader Camperdown Adult Mental Health Service. The role is responsible for the coordination of daily clinical practices, including the distribution of work in an efficient and equitable manner and daily operational support for the site infrastructure.

This is a permanent full time position with a monthly ADO.

This position is eligible for an incentive payment for rent, childcare, relocation costs and more, as part of the new workforce and incentive grants program administered by Rural Agency Workforce Victoria (RWAV). 

What you bring

The successful applicant will supervise and provide support to the multidisciplinary team whilst overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of clinical practice. You will work alongside fellow Team Leaders and Managers in Hamilton, Portland and Warrnambool services and provide site specific knowledge to the Associate Director (Operations and Performance) to assist in policy and procedure development and service planning.
