    About the Role:

    An ongoing, part time opportunity has arisen for an adaptable and confident Regional Support Coordinator to join our West Region Team. This challenging role will provide high level support to the Regional Business Manager, including monitoring and reporting against the Region's business plan and risk management activities. As a member of the Office of the Deputy Chief Officer team, you will contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of DCO priorities, activities, projects, initiatives and identified programs.

    Working within a supportive team environment, you will actively contribute to the Office of the DCO and ensure effective business and management support is provided and agreed outcomes are met. This position will ensure legislative compliance obligations are met, issues are effectively resolved and customer service and stakeholder management is provided from the DCO's office.

    About You:

    The person we are looking for will be a proactive and experienced administrator or project coordinator with meticulous attention to detail. You will have advanced communication and interpersonal skills, building solid relationships with stakeholders and ensuring results are achieved. This role will suit a highly organised, deadline driven individual with excellent MS Office skills.

    Critical to this role is initiative and critical thinking skills to inform and manage issues raised through the DCO's office. An understanding of organisational legislation, policy, procedures and guidelines is an important prerequisite. In addition, we are seeking experience in the preparation and management of events and project management plans with the ability to develop a strong team environment.
