About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced senior Registered Nurse for the position of Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) within our Warrnambool Emergency Department. The ANUM is responsible for the promotion and maintenance of clinical standards in the fast-paced and clinically complex Department to ensure the delivery of quality patient care, strategic, cost effective management of service delivery and contributes to the overall management of the department and deputises for the Nurse Unit Manager when required.

  • This is a Permanent Full-Time position (80 hours per fortnight), with a monthly ADO. Part time positions may be considered for the right candidate.

What you bring

The successful applicant will have well developed competency and analytical skills in the clinical field, the ability to communicate and manage effectively at all levels and a minimum of five years post graduate nursing experience. Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential for this position.
