About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist/Registered Nurse/Social Worker/Psychologist to join the Warrnambool Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Service. 

This role will work alongside the Manager and Psychiatrists in leading and coordinating the multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality integrated mental health services. Under direction they are responsible for the coordination of daily clinical practices including the distribution of work in an efficient and equitable manner.

This is a permanent full time (80 hours per fortnight) position, with a monthly ADO.  Part time applications will also be considered.

  • Salary Range: $99,606.00 - $113,796.80 per annum (pro-rata), plus superannuation

What you bring

The successful applicant will have previous experience in mental health assessment, risk assessment or related activities and comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and policy directions of psychiatric services. You must also hold appropriate qualifications and registration with relevant Board of Association.

You will also be a Social Worker with a degree in Social Work & eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers and at least 7 years' experience .
