About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) has an exciting opportunity for an Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) support officer to join the Warrnambool team.

This role will work alongside the Manager of Digital Health & Technology to provide high quality support throughout multiple campuses. The position will include the support of South West Healthcare owned infrastructure, platforms, AV equipment and mobile devices while working closely with ICT joint venture partner, South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH).

Position Overview

  • This is a Permanent, Full Time position, (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly ADO

What you bring

  • Relevant degree or Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Employees with lesser formal qualifications and relevant knowledge of the job or experience may be considered.
  • Relevant work experience in an ICT support role or similar.
  • Experience in supporting ICT equipment in a network or corporate setting.
  • Experience in supporting mobile and portable devices.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
