We're currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as People & Culture Business Partners (PCBPs). In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing tailored support and guidance to management, employees and volunteers covering a broad spectrum of people-related topics.

We have 3 opportunities for P&C Business Partners, focusing on the North West, the South East and Head Quarters Burwood East. All positions are HQ-based in Burwood with frequent travel to their respective regions. Travel to the NW covers Melton, Bendigo, Kerang, and Swan Hill. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to Succession Planning, Talent Development, Child Safety, Behavioural Standards, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, HR Data Management, Analysis of People Matter Surveys and Policy interpretation.

Central to the role is the establishment of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. By developing an understanding of both business needs and people-related challenges, you will offer bespoke advice and solutions that align closely with CFA's People & Culture strategy and objectives.
