Position Details

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced hospital pharmacist to join South West Healthcare (SWH) as a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist on a part-time basis, 64 hours per fortnight until 2026.

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy at SWH, the successful applicant will be expected to: Provide governance and clinical support for clinical applications applicable across SWH and other South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) sites. Applications include the oncology logistical software, CHARM, GuidanceMS and TrakCare electronic medical record.

 What you bring

To be successful, we would expect the applicants to possess the following:

  • Significant hospital pharmacist experience
  • Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Customer focus
  • Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
  • Pharmacy oncology experience.
  • Familiarity with clinical applications.
