IBAC is Victoria's anti-corruption agency responsible for preventing and exposing public sector corruption and police misconduct. We do this by:

  •  investigating and exposing corruption and police misconduct
  • informing the public sector, police and the community about the risks and impacts of corruption and police misconduct, and ways in which it can be prevented.

As an Electronic Collections Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring visual and audio based electronic product and summarising relevant material to assist with IBAC investigations.

Your ability to follow procedures with a high level of attention to detail, technical aptitude, listening skills, excellent time management, interpersonal and communications skills will see you succeed in this role.  Some experience in analysing large amounts of confidential/sensitive information and an awareness of telecommunications interception and surveillance device processing techniques is desirable.

Shift work is required in this position and shifts rotate Monday to Sunday, 365 days of the year. The shift times are variable and include early mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays. Payment for shift work is in accordance with the Victorian Public Service Enterprise Agreement 2016.
