The Manager, Governance will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders including the Office of the Director-General and work collaboratively with teams across Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA), building networks and developing strong relationships. The role is integral in managing the delivery of VHBA committees and forum meetings, agenda items, and papers to ensure optimal governance and administration outcomes. This includes ensuring the quality and timely delivery of committee items including agenda, forward schedules, action registers and reports as required.
We are looking for:
- Demonstrated track record managing governance activities incorporating the principles of good governance and decision making
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to communicate to a diverse audience and influence outcomes
- Proven track record managing governance processes within complex State or Federal government organisations.
- Manage and lead VHBA's Governance Team, delivering great services and advice to a broad range of stakeholders, promoting a team culture of continuous improvement, capability and career development and inclusiveness
