    About the Role

    This part time (0.8), fixed term Regional Support Coordinator vacancy based in South West Region will see you providing Executive Support to the Regional Deputy Chief Officer (DCO).  Your days will involve collaborating with the Regional Business Manager and district teams in the planning, coordination and delivery of DCO priorities, corporate events, activities, projects, initiatives and identified programs.

    Your daily activities will include executive support, office management, resolution of issues, media management, and ensuring high-level customer service and stakeholder management.

    About You

    The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

    • Extensive experience in business administration/ project management or relevant discipline, including experience in coordinating activities.
    • Demonstrated experience in the preparation and management of reports, events and project management plans.
    • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and develop a strong team environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and make decisions within their scope of responsibility.
    • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills including the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritise duties to meet objectives and strict timelines.
    • Demonstrated ability to administer and coordinate systems and processes.
