Social Worker

Permanent Full Time – 80 hours per fortnight

MDHS is seeking a motivated, qualified Social Worker to work within a multidisciplinary team, providing services to people at risk across the MDHS catchment area in this ongoing position. This role involves a mixture of counselling, case management, advocacy, welfare work, group work and health promotion as required.

The successful candidate will be eligible for membership to the AASW and have a proven ability to work therapeutically in a range of environments that include centre based, assertive outreach and other community forums. A current Victorian driver's licence is essential.
