About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking applications for a Settlement, Engagement and Transition Support Officer position. The Settlement, Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) program has two components; client services and capacity building.
The primary objective of the Client services component is to equip humanitarian entrants and other vulnerable migrants in their first five years in Australia with the knowledge and skills to identify, understand and take action to address their identified settlement needs.
Position overview
- Part-time (15.2 hours per week), Fixed term position until mid 2027
- Warrnambool Campus
- Community Development Worker
- Salary Range: $61,604.40- $71,078.80 pro rata , plus superannuation
