Position Details

Central Highlands Rural Health is seeking to appoint an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join the team at Creswick Health.

Role Statement

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) role is responsible for coordinating the provision of quality and safe care in the acute and residential aged care settings of Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH). The ANUM must be able to demonstrate safe clinical and time management skills, whilst working collaboratively as a team member. The ANUM is responsible for the co-ordination and organisation of staff and resources to ensure the delivery of quality and safe person-centred care. The ANUM accepts the responsibility of the co-ordination of the Unit in the absence of the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and is expected to work in the After-Hours Coordinator as required.

Details of Appointment: 72 Hours per fortnight Permanent / Ongoing

Salary: YW11 $54.07 - YW12 $55.89 dependent on experience+ 11.5% Superannuation

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
