About the role
South West Healthcare's (SWH) Speech Pathology Department provides best practice services to groups and individuals of all ages, across a range of community and hospital programs. Care is delivered as part of an established and progressive multidisciplinary team which includes a range of Allied Health, Nursing and Medical services.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our adult team. The successful candidate will primarily work across subacute ambulatory rehabilitation programs and provide clinical leadership to Grade 1 clinicians working across acute and rehabilitation units. You will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, clients and their families to undertake a range of assessments and therapy to achieve optimal client outcomes. You will support the development and maintenance of a high quality care environment and promote and participate in quality improvement activities and initiatives.

- Part-time (12 hours per week), Fixed-term position until August 2025 (Parental leave)

- Salary Range: $88,467.60 - $101,691.20 pro rata , plus superannuation
