Position Details
The opportunity
As the people experience manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a vibrant and purposeful workplace. You'll spearhead our people experience strategy and drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives, building a culture of capability, career development and overall job satisfaction.
You'll lead cross-functional teams, actively contributing to strategic planning and decision-making. We're seeking a person who's ready to challenge the status quo and introduce bold, fresh ideas. Your approach will be grounded in robust contract management and data-driven insights, ensuring that every decision is both innovative and informed.
What we're looking for:
- Great communicator who relishes working collaboratively.
- A person who enjoys inspiring and motivating others.
- You'll have delivered employee experience, DEI and wellbeing programs (underpinned by strong project management, data analysis, continuous improvement skills) in complex workplaces and want the opportunity to bring a fresh perspective.
- Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and all the touchpoints from hire to retire.
