Position Title: Family Services Worker
Classification: Social Worker or related discipline – Grade 2 (level dependent upon experience)
Salary per hour: Dependant on qualifications
Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 45.6 hours per fortnight
Award: Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise agreement 2021-2026
Role description
The Integrated Family Services (IFS) Support Worker position sits within the Family Services Team at Dhelkaya Health and works collaboratively with a range of agencies within the Mount Alexander Shire and surrounds to provide a predominantly outreach-based response to disadvantaged or vulnerable families who are referred to the service through The Orange Door.
About you
- Tertiary Qualifications in Social Work, Welfare, Child & Family Welfare or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in family work, case management and cross-sectoral collaboration
- A commitment to working from a Social Model of Health with an Integrated Team approach
