About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is dedicated to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our valued employees. As part of this commitment, we offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a confidential counselling service that assists employees with personal and/or work-related issues affecting their health and wellbeing. Our internal EAP model, unique to SWH, has been highly valued by staff and the organisation for over 10 years.
This position is primarily based in Warrnambool but also provides responsive services across all SWH campuses. We are seeking applications from experienced, committed, and dynamic Social Workers, Psychologists, or appropriately qualified Nurses to join our team and contribute to its future growth and development.
Position overview
- Part-time, (40 hours per fortnight), On-going position
- Based at Warrnambool campus with expectation of coverage across all South West Healthcare sites
- Social Workers, Psychologists or nurses with counselling qualifications and experience welcome to apply with remuneration based on qualifications and experience up to equivalent of Social Work Grade 3

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026, or Victorian Public Health Sector (Medical Scientists, Pharmacists And Psychologists) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 or Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024. Classification will be dependent on skills and experience.
