About the role
The purpose of this role is to oversee, from DTF's perspective, the planning of potential building upgrades, which, if endorsed, will be led by the Department of Government Services (DGS). The proposed building improvement works will be aimed at enhancing productivity, better aligning our workspaces with business needs, including hybrid working, and critically ensuring we meet occupational health and safety and security standards.
About you
In this role, as the Project Manager - Accommodation, you will:

Lead DTF's engagement for the planning, implementation and management of potential accommodation enhancements at its CBD offices, a project which is being led by DGS.

Champion and advocate for DTF's needs, driving project direction and ensuring that DTF's requirements are met throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Serve as the primary liaison between DTF and all stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring transparency in decision-making.

Ensure outcomes align with DTF's vision, implementing rigorous frameworks to monitor adherence to any agreed scope of work, budget and alignment to strategic goals.

Develop a comprehensive brief that specifies DTF's requirements, integrating stakeholder feedback and alignment with best practices.

Drive stakeholder engagement and buy-in by preparing authoritative briefings that outline project benefits and implications.

Provide comprehensive reporting to senior stakeholders, detailing progress in term of timelines, scope, costs and risk management.
