About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our high performing Finance department as an Administrative Support Officer (ASO). In this role the ASO will provide exceptional service to all vendors and staff, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously. Responsibilities include processing payments verifying and reconciling invoices and ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Position overview
- Permanent, Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly ADO. Part time position may be considered for the right candidate. Please specify your preferred hours in your application.
- Warrnambool Campus
- Administrative Support Grade 1
- Salary $58,442.80 - $64,610.00 pro rata, plus superannuation

- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience in Finance or Administrative roles preferred
