About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to step into a temporary, full-time role as Manager of our Specialist Outpatient Clinics. This parental leave cover offers you the chance to lead a committed team, drive the development of our clinics, and contribute to high-quality patient care for our community.
As Manager, you will oversee clinic governance, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure safe and efficient operations. This is an opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team, manage key relationships, and implement our business plan with a focus on staffing, financial performance, and positive patient outcomes.
Position Overview
- Fixed-Term Parental Leave Cover, Full-Time - 80 hours per fortnight (includes a monthly ADO)
- Duration: February 2025 - February 2026
- Classification: Nurse/Midwife Manager - Not Elsewhere Classified (ZB4)
- Salary: $125,288.00 per annum + superannuation
What You Bring:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Four or more years of post-graduate nursing experience
- Strong leadership, budget management, and IT skills
- Experience in healthcare accreditation and integrated care
- A collaborative approach with a focus on change management and strategic planning
