About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is inviting applications from qualified and experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our nursing pool team. As part of the pool, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of general and specialty departments.
Pool staff have the flexibility to work in both non-specialty and specialty areas, depending on your experience, while also gaining exposure to a variety of clinical settings. These include Acute Medical/Surgical, Medical & Inpatient Palliative, Subacute, Surgical, Paediatrics, and Emergency Department. By joining our highly skilled and supportive nursing teams, you will contribute to providing patient-centred care based on best practice in a safe and caring environment.
Position Overview

- Classification: Registered Nurse Grade 2 or Enrolled Nurse Grade 2
- Salary Range:
Registered Nurse - $81,364 - $100,146 pro rata, plus super & applicable penalties
Enrolled Nurse - $70,200 - $74,692 pro rata, plus super & applicable penalties
