About the Role
CFA is seeking a skilled SAP Systems Analyst to serve as the technical expert for our Finance, Asset Management, and PPC-SE SAP systems.
This critical role ensures our SAP environment remains reliable, accurate, and aligned with business needs. You will manage user access, security and financial reporting processes while supporting internal and external audits and collaborating with third-party vendors. Additionally, you'll lead system integrations, ICT-driven transformations and process improvements to enhance SAP functionality and usage.
To succeed in this role, you'll need expertise in SAP systems, particularly in Finance, Asset Management and security management. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in managing configurations, user provisioning and security controls are essential. You'll work closely with auditors, stakeholders and vendors, ensuring policy compliance, license management and smooth project delivery.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• A tertiary qualification in information technology and/or relevant and proven experience undertaking a similar role in a large and complex organisation.
• Extensive technical experience in SAP Finance, Asset Management.
• Experience in developing and delivery training to end users of non financial systems using SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to translate complex material into meaningful information for end users.
• Demonstrated experience of working constructively with diverse groups of stakeholders while building excellent interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to work accurately in high pressure situations / tight timeframes, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality, completeness, and accuracy of the deliverables.
• A sound understanding of the financial and management accounting processes combined with the ability to proactively identify and exploit system solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills with the ability to successfully consult, influence and provide advice at all levels.
