Are you a highly organised and proactive individual? South West Healthcare's Nursing Services invites you to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer. This casual role is perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare setting.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of environments across the Nursing Services Directorate. Maintaining effective office management systems to ensure smooth operations, provide essential clerical and reception support, and manage efficient filing systems.

Your proactive approach and initiative will streamline processes and enhance team collaboration. You'll have the chance to develop your skills with the latest equipment and software, handle complex document creation, and excel in managing priorities under pressure. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining confidentiality, this role offers a rewarding and impactful career in a respected healthcare environment.

Position Overview

  • Casual positions available
  • Working Monday to Friday between the core hours of 6.45am to 5.30 pm in various environments throughout the Nursing Services Directorate.
  • The occasional availability for weekend work will also be desirable
  • Classification: Administrative Level 1
  • Casual Hourly Rate: $34.69 - $36.96
