    About the Role: 
    The Quality and Evaluation team at CFA is seeking a Learning Governance Coordinator to support the development and implementation of CFA's Quality Management System across Operational Doctrine and Training. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with RTO standards while fostering a continuous improvement approach and a positive training experience for CFA members.

    As the Learning Governance Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying emerging learning governance issues, contributing to a statewide compliance framework and enhancing learning governance strategies. 

    Key responsibilities include analysing compliance data, completing course validation activities, ensuring RTO registration compliance, liaising with stakeholders, preparing documentation  and support with the management of course and student information within the Learning Management Systems.

    This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring quality and compliance across CFA's training services.

    About You: 
    •    Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent and an understanding of the arrangements, standards and environment of an RTO.
    •    Have strong attention to detail to review course content and ensure it is correct and aligned with learning objectives and audience needs.
    •    Understand Instructional Integrity and be able to undertake validation of materials to ensure that they follow pedagogical principles and include clear assessments that align with learning outcomes.
    •    Quality and Compliance: Confirm adherence to accessibility standards, formatting guidelines, and quality assurance frameworks.
    •    Well-developed written communication skills to develop reports & correspondence and to convey training information and objectives to internal & external stakeholders.
    •    Proven ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a (virtual) team.
