    About the Role

    As a Program Designer, you will work to benefit CFA members, supporting the relevant leadership team and managers within ODT. This role is ideal for a resilient problem solver and strategic thinker who aligns with CFA's vision and strategic objectives.

    Your days will be varied, involving the development of high-quality operational doctrine and training materials. In addition to the duties outlined in the attached position description, it is highly desirable for the Program Designer to contribute in one or more of the following areas:
    •    Working within complex policy settings and/or frameworks
    •    VET sector and/or adult education
    •    Complex project management
    •    Training Design
    •    Assessment writing

    About You:
    We are seeking a candidate who is tertiary degree-qualified and/or holds a Training and Assessment Certificate (TAE 40116), with an understanding of RTO environments being advantageous. You will also have demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of CFA, along with the ability to manage multiple complex projects within project frameworks.
