About the Role
Join the Operational Doctrine and Training (ODT) team at CFA to design and implement training programs and operational doctrine supporting CFA's service delivery. As a Program Officer, you'll develop high-quality materials, collaborate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with legislative and policy requirements. We're seeking creative, resilient individuals with a passion for building CFA member capability.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to develop policy, doctrine and training, conducting research and analysis, managing programs to ensure quality, timely delivery also preparing relevant documentation.
It's desirable for Program Officers to contribute to areas such as:
• Learning and digital design and development
• RTO compliance
• Stakeholder consultation
About You
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Tertiary degree in relevant field and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships to liaise, consult, influence and facilitate effectively with diverse groups to obtain effective cooperation and contribution from stakeholders.
• Highly developed analytical, conceptual, and written communication skills.
• Proven experience developing training and policy materials.
• Proven experience in contributing to complex projects.
