We currently have an exciting opportunity for Multiple Registered Nurses to join our supportive and committed team here at Trentham Aged Care. We are seeking people with a positive attitude who are wanting to make a difference to the lives of our residents on a daily basis. Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
