Position Details

The Opportunity:

  • Create detailed project, change and communication plans that support VHBA's people adapting to the change initiatives and that are aligned to the project plan timelines
  • Implement change/project plans to keep users and stakeholders updated on the progress and outcomes of People and Culture projects
  • Prioritise the well-being and engagement of employees by supporting the establishment and delivery of a program that effectively captures, elevates, and utilises the employee voice to inform organisational workforce initiatives
  • Support the management of employee survey processes (including the annual People Matter Survey), including design, implementation, analysis, risk management and communication of results and insights.

We are looking for:

  • Experience developing and implementing detailed project, change, and communication plans to support employees in adapting to change initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines
  • Capable of gathering and analysing employee feedback to inform culture and engagement strategies
  • Focused on enhancing employee engagement and well-being through programs that leverage employee feedback to guide workforce initiatives.
  • Experience in managing employee survey processes, including the design, implementation, analysis, and communication of results
