About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an enthusiastic Community Development worker to join the Families where a Parent has a Mental Illness program (FaPMI).
The FaPMI Community Worker for Children and Young People (FaPMI CYP Worker) will have a particular focus on supporting children and young people up to the age of 25 years, including young carers. FaPMI Program Coordinators, work collaboratively within Area Mental Health & Wellbeing Services (AMHWS), and with external agencies to improve the response and support provided to families, where a parent is experiencing mental health challenges.

- Salary Range: $81,400.80 - $97,765.20 pro rata, plus superannuation
This position is eligible for an incentive payment for rent, childcare, relocation costs and more, as part of the new workforce and incentive grants program administered by Rural Agency Workforce Victoria (RWAV).
