South West Healthcare's Emergency Department is looking for a dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our team. If you're an experienced Registered Nurse seeking your next challenge, this is the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career.  About the role

As the ANUM, you will oversee clinical standards, deliver exceptional patient care, and ensure smooth service delivery while managing a skilled team. Additionally, you will step in as the Nurse Unit Manager when required, taking on leadership responsibilities.

 Position Overview:

  • Permanent Full-time or part-time Positions (Please specify your preferred hours in your application)
  • Warrnambool Campus
  • Classification: Associate Nurse Unit Manger
  • Salary: $112,174 - $115,949 per annum, pro rata + super and applicable penalties

Our Emergency Department is undergoing a significant redevelopment project, expanding to meet the growing needs of the community. With approximately 35,000 patients treated annually, including trauma, mental health, and paediatric cases, you will play a key role in helping us provide high quality care to a diverse patient base.
