Position Details

The Opportunity:   

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager is instrumental in leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis for the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA)! This position will be driving executive-level insights and financial advice to support decision-making ensuring financial success across VHBA.

  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project cost data is accurately incorporated into financial forecasts, this includes working closely with your Project Controls team and external parties
  • Perform analysis on key project, financial, and operational expectations, offering financial insights to guide investment decisions, risk management, and resource allocation.

We are looking for:  

  • Experience identifying common issues among stakeholders and leverages past experience to establish mutually beneficial partnerships; identifies and addresses stakeholders' underlying needs
  • Builds and maintains partnerships to achieve objectives, this includes coaching others and build the teams commitment to co-creation to achieve the organisations needs
  • Understanding of public-private partnerships (PPPs) and government funding structures
