Looking to grow your nursing career? South West Healthcare's Transition to Acute Care Program is the perfect opportunity for Enrolled and Registered Nurses to build expertise in acute inpatient settings. This program offers a unique chance to enhance your acute nursing skills and knowledge through an intensive, tailored training experience. With education support and hands-on supervised practice across inpatient wards, you will be fully prepared for a successful career in acute care.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to transition into part-time or full-time ongoing positions within our nursing pool.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024-2028. With the Classification of Registered Nurse Grade 2. Salary range $81,364.40 - $100,146.80 pro rata, per annum plus superannuation. Enrolled Nurse Level 2 salary range $70,200.00 - $74,692.80
