Salary per hour: $55.97 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract Part-time 48 hours per fortnight until 1st April 2026

Role description
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Clinical Support Nurse (CSN) to join our Learning & Development Team at Dhelkaya Health. This vital role supports clinical education and mentoring across our clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care through the development and support of nursing staff and students.
As a CSN, you will work closely with nursing students, graduate nurses, and newly appointed or less experienced staff—supporting their ongoing clinical development and helping to build competence and confidence in practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support, education, and supervision to undergraduate nursing students, graduate nurses, and early-career or new-to-service staff.
- Mentor and guide experienced nurses in their roles as clinical supervisors and preceptors.
- Serve as a key link between students, the Learning & Development team, clinical units, and education providers.
- Work collaboratively with the Learning & Development Manager and clinical leaders to identify learning needs, implement strategies, and assess performance outcomes.
- Offer clinical leadership and mentoring, promoting a positive learning culture and professional growth within the team.
- Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the unit, while maintaining and enhancing your own clinical practice.
- Support the Learning & Development team in achieving strategic goals and key performance indicators.
About you
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse without conditions
- Certificate IV Training & Assessment (or working towards)
- Previous experience supervising students and/or staff
