Inglewood and Districts Health Service (IDHS) is seeking a dynamic Nurse Unit Manager to lead and support our dedicated nursing and multidisciplinary team. As the NUM, you will play a key leadership role, combining clinical expertise with management, teaching, and operational responsibilities. Your focus will be on ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and supporting nursing staff to deliver evidence-based, patient-centred care
• Driving clinical governance, safety, and quality improvement initiatives
• Managing human and financial resources effectively
• Contributing to strategic planning, policy development, and risk management
• Participating in internal committees and benchmarking activities
• Supporting staff education, clinical research, and workforce development
