About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Administrative Support Officer to be a key part of our Mental Health Acute Inpatient Unit. In this vital role, you'll provide essential administrative and reception support, ensuring our office operations run smoothly. Working alongside a dedicated healthcare team, with your efforts directly contributing to positive outcomes for our consumers.
Position overview
- Employment Type: Part-time (64 hours per fortnight), On-going position
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Administrative Grade 2
- Salary Range: $72,269.60 pro rata, plus superannuation
- This role has a seven-day roster, inclusive of weekends.
What you bring
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining professional confidentiality and remaining customer focused at all times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a range of computer skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing and prioritising tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with management, staff, and consumers.
- Experience in medical records and a Certificate 3 in Office Administration (or equivalent) is a plus!
- Knowledge of relevant MHWS computer programs and systems is desirable i.e. Mastercare, TRAK, CMI
