About the Role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Occupational Therapy to lead a dedicated team of 23 clinicians delivering services across acute, subacute, and community programs.
This leadership role is responsible for providing strategic direction, clinical oversight, and operational management as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Services are delivered at both the Warrnambool and Camperdown campuses to individuals and groups of all ages. The Occupational Therapy team works closely with medical, nursing, and allied health colleagues to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
This is a Fixed Term, full-time position (80 hours per fortnight) and includes a monthly ADO until September 2026
