 About the Opportunity

The Program Development Officer is a position within Regional Transport that is responsible for the management of the regional network pipeline. The network pipeline captures regional transport project priorities across all stages of the project lifecycle and is a key document that informs future investment. This role will ensure the pipeline accurately reflects regional priorities, is aligned with the regional integrated transport plan and has a robust evidence base to support future business case submissions. This role will maintain strong relationships with scoping and development, capital delivery and maintenance areas of Regional Transport to ensure the network pipeline is the single point of reference for regional transport priorities across the short, medium and long term time horizons.

About You

As our ideal candidate you will demonstrate the following skills:

  • Project Delivery – Executes work tasks against plan and where plans are not defined, prioritises tasks in line with the urgency and impact of tasks. Utilises approved task management tools and maintains accurate project records.
  • Communicate with Impact – Organises information in a logical sequence, including content appropriate to the purpose and audience.
