Position Details

  • Full time maximum term position up to 12 months
  • Salary commensurate with experience, range: $112,202 - $142,802 plus superannuation

About the role:
This is an exciting role with a key focus on managing and supporting major reform projects across the Criminal Law program. 

The immediate focus of the role will be to support implementation of improvements and service changes arising from the Summary Crime Evaluation and significant changes to criminal justice legislation. The role is also designed to embed project and change management capability promoting a proactive project and reform delivery capacity across the Criminal Law program.

About you:
You will be an experienced Project Manager with extensive experience developing, implementing and managing projects, preferably gained within the public legal sector. You will have extensive knowledge and experience in change management within complex operational and stakeholder environments. You will be results driven with a proven ability to deliver results in high impact and influential projects.

Crucial to your success in this role will be your highly developed stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and build organisational capability and responsiveness. You will also demonstrate a strong commitment to VLA's vision and values.
