About the role: 

The GHPR Senior Data and Systems Administrator sits within the Mental Health and Wellbeing Governance and Accountability Branch of the Department of Health and provides a leadership role along with advanced professional advice and expertise on the implementation, operation and management of Gambling Harm Prevention and Response (GHPR) ICT systems and data sets.

The role oversees application support for the Gambler's Help IT case management system and technical support for the ICT infrastructure environments as well as technical management of the GHPR websites, data base management, system administration, service desk management, systems analysis and management of technical infrastructure and environments.  In addition, the role is responsible for the management of GHPR service system reporting data sets and the integration and analysis of service data across other Department services. 

The Senior Data and Systems Analyst has a lead role in ensuring operations are compliant to the relevant legislation, policies and standards inherant to each system.  This role is funded by the Gambling Harm Response Fund to provide specialised support and leadership to the Gambling Harm Prevention and Response unit.
