Role description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior managers and clinical staff to lead improvement initiatives that enhance the safety, quality, and experience of care with a particular focus on our Aged Care settings. You will coordinate activities to ensure our organisation meets accreditation standards and regulatory requirements, driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support quality improvement projects across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation frameworks and standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and senior leaders to embed best practices.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on quality performance indicators.
• Provide expert advice on quality systems and risk management.

About you

• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and accreditation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead projects and influence positive change.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, quality, or related field.
