About the Role
Are you an organised, energetic, and confident administrator who loves creating a welcoming first impression? CFA has a fixed term, full-time opportunity ending October 2026, for someone to play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of a busy Headquarters in Burwood East.
As a Team Administrator, you'll be involved in supporting both our visitors and internal teams. Your days will be varied, engaging and essential to the success of our operations.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, managing our ‘visitor pass' process and ensuring everyone feels welcome.
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of mail, parcels, and other goods.
- Order and manage stationery and office supplies to keep the workplace fully equipped.
- Maintain and update business processes and work instructions.
- Assist with basic financial tasks including purchase orders, receipts, and invoice processing in line with CFA standards.
- Support records management, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Take on ad hoc projects to improve office systems and processes.
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Your experience and strengths might include:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build great working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proven administration and reception experience.
- Confidence using MS Office and database systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
- The ability to draft professional correspondence, documents and reports.
- A collaborative mindset and enjoyment working in a close-knit team where knowledge-sharing is valued.
