The Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Manager, Governance and Planning who can lead and oversee governance, planning and operational functions, ensuring the Collaborative Centre is effectively and efficiently governed and planned.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager, Governance and Planning will provide expert guidance on governance and policy, support high-level HR and administrative functions, drive the development and implementation of policies, programs, and processes that align with organisational priorities, and prepare quality reporting against the Collaborative Centre's key strategic frameworks. The successful applicant will foster collaboration across teams, promote continuous improvement, and ensure the Centre operates efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with public sector standards.
Additionally, the Manager, Governance and Planning will oversee the Collaborative Centre's Board Secretariat function, and ensure the Board and its Committees are efficiently and seamlessly supported.

About you:
- Experience working with Boards, including providing or managing Secretariat support is essential.
- Senior experience managing a governance function in a government setting is essential.
- Experience in a government policy setting is preferable.
- Demonstrated experience working with people that have a past or current lived experience of mental ill-health or psychological distress is preferable.
