About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity within our Property Team which is responsible for the ongoing management, protection and maintenance of properties. This will include sales, purchases, and lease agreements on behalf of our clients in Executor Services, PFA, Trusts and Attorneyships.
You will consult daily with internal teams, Real Estate Agents, Legal Services, Valuers, Cleaners, Auction Rooms and Insurance Providers.
Duties
- Engaging with Real Estate agents and suppliers to undertake jobs and ensure they comply with State Trustees' requirements
- Ensuring property and personal effects are protected and managed in clients' best interests
- Communicating with clients, beneficiaries and other interested parties for all types of property management
Skills & Experience
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Relevant experience in managing properties, including property sales, purchases, and lease arrangements
- Ability to work to set timeframes and deliver required outcomes
- Excellent time management, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence, reports & recommendations
- Ability to build and maintains strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders
