    About the Role

    This full time, ongoing position, located at our Geelong North office may give you that opportunity. 

    This exceptional career development opportunity, reporting to the Assistant Chief Fire Officer, leads a team within a faced paced and dynamic environment, where service to the community is at the forefront.

    The role requires the delivery of high-level customer support, corporate outcomes and strong partnerships and relationships across CFA business units, sector partners and external stakeholders.  You will work closely with the Regional Business Manager and other District Business Managers within the Southwest Region, ensuring the consistent development and implementation of initiatives and processes across districts.

    As a member of the District Leadership Team, you will also provide advice on a range of complex issues and contribute to the strategic and business planning for the district.

    About You

    The person we are looking for will be confident, empathetic and possess strong leadership, management, finance and business planning experience. You will be agile and highly organised with experience working in dynamic and fast paced environments.

    Importantly you will have excellent communication and engagement skills with experience in business administration/office management, business support services and resource management, business planning and budgeting and risk management.

    Tertiary qualifications in business administration or management will be highly regarded but not essential.
