About the role
Are you a compassionate Physiotherapist eager to make a real difference in a vibrant community?
As a Grade 3 Physiotherapist you will be responsible for delivering advanced, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and management to consumers experiencing pelvic pain and associated pelvic floor dysfunction. The role contributes expert clinical leadership within the Pelvic Pain Clinic, supports interdisciplinary care, and provides mentoring, supervision, and service development within the physiotherapy team at South West Healthcare (SWH).
This position will help establish and expand the Pelvic Pain Clinic and support improved access to high-quality pelvic health services across the region. This position is primarily based at the Warrnambool campus.
Additional responsibilities, in supporting the Physiotherapy Manager, will be delegated and may include activities such as representing the stream/discipline in relevant forums, and acting as a delegate for the Physiotherapy Manager in their absence.

- Salary Range: $104,135.20 - $118,981.20 pro rata, plus superannuation
What you bring
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement, client-centred care, and best practice. You will be a sound leader having strong communication skills, with the ability to support management and work independently. You will have a minimum seven years' experience and a postgraduate qualification or formal training in pelvic health, women's health, continence, or pain management.
In addition, you will have.
- Advanced clinical knowledge and ability to apply evidence-based assessment and treatment.
- Understanding of the role within Allied Health and the broader SWH context.
- Experience in supervision, mentoring, and education of staff and students.
- Current Driver's Licence and General Registration with AHPRA.
