Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse or Dual Registered Nurse / Midwife eager to make a real difference in a vibrant rural community?
Registered Nurses/midwives hold a unique position within South West Healthcare Camperdown Campus providing comprehensive care ensuring standards meet professional, organisation, legal and ethical requirements.
We are offering Full time and Part time fixed term roles until 3/1/2027 (Parental Leave Coverage)
About Camperdown Acute Ward:
Camperdown Hospital is a respected rural health facility located in the picturesque town of Camperdown, Victoria, in the stunning South West region. As part of South West Healthcare, the hospital plays an essential role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to surrounding rural communities.
The hospital acts as a vital hub for acute, emergency, and maternity care, providing a broad range of essential services, including:
- Acute, medical, and surgical care
- Urgent care and short-stay services
- Palliative care
- Maternity care, including Birthing, Antenatal, and Postnatal services
Position overview
- Employment Type: Full time and Part time fixed term roles until 3/1/2027 (Parental Leave Coverage)
- Location: Camperdown Campus
- Classification: Registered Nurse Grade 2
- Salary Range: $81,733.60 - $104,379.60 pro rata, plus superannuation
What you bring
- The successful applicants will have current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, demonstrated competency in clinical practice and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, while providing high quality nursing care.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Have completed a 12-month graduate program.
- Relevant post graduate qualification or previous experience will be highly regarded.
