About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a motivated and capable individual to join its Medical Workforce Unit as an Administration Support Officer.

In this role, you will work closely with the Manager Medical Workforce and Medical Workforce Coordinators to provide essential administrative and coordination support, contributing to the effective management of junior and senior doctors employed across SWH.

What you bring

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence using various software systems
  • A Certificate/Diploma in Health or Business Administration (or equivalent), or a willingness to undertake further study
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (highly regarded but not essential)
