We're seeking an Employee Engagement (EE) Advisor supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Energy Safe Victoria's employee engagement and culture initiatives.
This role supports initiatives that enhance organisational culture, foster inclusion, and strengthen employee experience.
Working under the guidance of the EE Manager and in close collaboration with the People and Culture team, the Advisor leverages specialist knowledge to implement engagement activities, provides advice to stakeholders, and ensures initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with organisational priorities.
What you'll do:
- Assist in implementing EE and culture programs that promote inclusion, recognition, and wellbeing.
- Work with the People Analytics and Reporting Analyst to collect and analyse EE data to identify trends and inform improvements.
- Work with the People Analytics and Reporting Analyst to prepare reports and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Provide advice and guidance to leaders and employees on EE initiatives and tools.
- Ensure EE initiatives comply with organisational policies and relevant frameworks.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and assist in adapting programs to maintain alignment with best practice.
- Work closely with People and Culture teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support the EE Manager in strategic projects and contribute to team objectives.
What we're looking for:
- Understanding of engagement drivers, recognition programs, and inclusion practices.
- Experience supporting the delivery of engagement or culture programs within a complex organisation.
- Ability to collect, interpret, and present data to inform decisions and improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and provide clear advice.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Experience with engagement surveys, analytics, and digital platforms desirable (including PowerBI).
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an HR, EE, or culture-focused role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development or Organisational Psychology (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Victorian Public Sector frameworks and values advantageous (desired)
