About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team in a casual capacity at our Camperdown campus. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a highly skilled and supportive team that includes twenty-one pharmacists, three interns, nine pharmacy technicians and a range of dedicated support staff. As a clinical pharmacist, you will play an integral role in delivering high quality pharmaceutical care across our regional service.

Responsibilities may include

  • Providing clinical ward pharmacy services to the Camperdown Acute Ward
  • Offering drug information and clinical advice to multidisciplinary teams

What you bring

  • General registration as a Pharmacist by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with no restrictions to practice
  • Demonstrated competence in clinical drug knowledge and demonstrated commitment to professional development
  • Experience in the provision of hospital pharmacy services
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise own workload and workloads for others, in accordance with challenging and dynamic deadlines
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels including
