  • Salary Range: $84,058.00 - $104,379.60 per annum (pro rata), + superannuation and applicable penalties

South West Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 26-bed Rehabilitation Unit, supporting patients as they regain independence and work towards returning home. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high quality, person centred care.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in a subacute setting
  • Work closely with allied health and medical teams to support rehabilitation goals
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with patients and their families
  • Contribute to a team environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement

 What you will bring

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Recent experience in subacute, rehabilitation, or acute care
  • A genuine interest in rehabilitation and patient recovery journeys
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • A team-focused approach and commitment to ongoing professional development
